the main problem is that mehrunes dagon uses a lot of daedra of other princes in his invasion (technicly the spider daedra should also be associated with him if we go by who uses what)

and a lot of princes haven't been given a lot of screentime to examine what they would use

Well, Molag Bal uses Daedroths as Warbeasts.

They generally seem to be mixed.
So far the only one who has not used other Daedra is Meridia. We have only seen Meridian Aurorans so far. No Meridian Dremora or anything.
While we have seen Sheogorath, Molag Bal, Mehrunes Dagon, Vaermina, and Sanguine using a mixed variety.

Speaking of which...I forgot to do Sanguine in that list.

Well, only Arcturian, Nudri-hi, Ebonarm, Maloocian, Apologist, The Beautiful, Pact Breaker, Pact Fundamentalist, Sixth House, Reclamationist Lessons, Nirnian, Topalish, Hist Saplings, Rogue Hist, Spirits Worship, Ancestor Cult, Crimson Scars, New Hand, Anu, Void Anuiel, Miraak, Glenmorial, Nightingales are being removed.

Things like Nerevarine, basic Reclamationist and Maruhkati are staying in some form.

Can you go into more detail on this?

Basically there is no system anymore; it just uses "vanilla". The old HKs are now de jure from the off, and all the petty kingdoms use tribal titulars (so they're auto-destroyed once you obtain a de jure title of equal rank).

It's something else that was necessitated due to the AI; the old system just didn't work well for them. While HKs sometimes formed, it was often very difficult for the AI to meet the requirements, and once they formed a HK they often didn't expand it or it expanded it in strange ways. Now the AI just acts normal, since it's all...normal, no more system.

Can the titular tribal titles be formed later if the High Kingdom collapses for one reason or another, or are they purely there for history purposes?

Or more generally: can you form them before the High Kingdom has been established? Let's say you start as Orsinium (duchy), can you form Orsinium (kingdom)? As this title doesn't exist at any start date.

The Petty Kingdoms can be formed at any time so long as you don't already hold a kingdom title, you hold two duchies (which is a pretty normal requirement for creating a kingdom), and you hold the capital of the petty kingdom. You can even form them if someone already holds the High Kingdom title (although your chances of survival aren't great with all the de jure claims they will have on you).

So, on forming a High Kingdom, will we still get something equivalent to the "Unite High Kingdom" CB we get in the present edition? If not, and we have to resort to county-by-county de jure wars, it would slow things down significantly- not necessarily a bad thing, I suppose.
