It is not worth, by my opinnion, to give land title to Grandmaster.
I could be wrong, it's now a while since my Jerusalem King game, but IIRC once when he become a vassal of yours when you raise his holly order troops after a while he become annoyed, that you hold his troops for too long, same as any other vassal would do. I am not sure if this how the designer ment to be or it is just an omition, but that's how it was with 1.06b patch.
Since I rarely use my vassal troops, unless it's a question of life or death of my realm and dynasty, this was unpleasent surrprize for me when I noticed it during one of my minor wars.
