Has anyone actually managed to assemble all the books to create this? I think it's practically impossible.
A number of the necessary treasures are located in national treasuries at the game start instead of in holy sites, and I'm not sure the AI ever places treasures in a holy site itself. Items held in a treasury are transferred to other countries on conquest, but they always seem to disappear somehow -- I suspect they're not being transferred when a country is annexed diplomatically, and many of the relevant countries start as Antigonid vassals. It's pretty frustrating, frankly, especially since it ties into one of the hellenistic empire missions.
