Playing 1.02b1. It is 1954. I control the US.
My units in Europe have been supplied from Dunkirk for many years with no problem, running 1.01. I control supply manually - nothing is automatically created, changed or destroyed. When I loaded the game last, it moved my supplies and resources to Brest from Dunkirk. My supply convoys to Dunkirk stopped supplying and my troops began to die - that's when I noticed the change in supply. All of my troops in Europe claim to be supplied now from Brussels, which is controlled by the UK and not supplied by them. It has some resources in it, but gets nothing delivered to it by the English.
I upgraded to 1.02b1 and loaded the game. It moved my stuff from Brest to Wilhelmshaven. I removed my convoys to Brest and created convoys to Wilhemshaven. No supplies are delivered by the 300 ships in the convoy. My troops continue to report that they are supplied from Brussels, which has metal, rare materials and energy, but no supplies.
