I searched Hearts of Iron and got 3,000 files, starting in 2000 listed ten at a time. So I tried hearts, and got 42, none of which was newer than 2001 that I saw, and none pertained to HoI.

It looks to me as though it's an inaccessible preview, not the most useful kind.
