Another newbie question

This may sound like a foolish question. But how can I play ohter nations?
Once I click single player it wants me to select a senerio and that only gives me 10 countries to choose from in 1936.

select a flag then right click and it will bring up a list of hundreds of various countries.

Just right click on one of the flags and pick a country.

Today Nepal... tomorrow the world! MWAHAHAHAHAH!
