The initial bonus makes sense, Savoy always tried to show a good face to everyone (and was very quick in changing alliances to avoid being absorbed by greater neighbours)

1. Yep, we did it a few times (most notable, at the Battle of Assietta).
2. Still there and still target of pilgrimages
3. Mhh, not so famous for this, other italian states were far bigger employers of mercenaries. Nonetheless, we had our share of Swiss, French, German and Italian regiments
4. The persecutions were done mostly to appease the French more than for a religious reason, but ok
5. Random idea? Flexibility is not really what Piedmontese are famous for :D
6. Mhh... Savoyards have always been soldiers more than merchants.. I would have given a military bonus instead..
7. I would have called it "House of Savoy" Legitimacy, but ok

+ Tax Income? Again, military bonus would have been historically more correct
