I regular married off I think it was my third son to the Queen of Poland. It was actually an early bethrothal and she wasn't first in the line or anything.

Before she became Queen I gave him a county. So after they got married I found their first son is heir to Poland and the county. And the out of realm inheritance popped up. So I waited until they had another child, a son. But the first son is still heir to both and I still have that message.

So I checked the crown laws. Poland has absolute CA. Ok thought fair enough. I checked Kingdom of Andalusia which is where that county is and it has medium CA and it is also within Empire of Hispania with medium CA. So I'm trying to increase Empire's CA to High but it hasn't been approved yet. Will this stop the county from leaving?

The ideal situation is and what I always wanted from the beginning was to put a dynasty member on the throne of Poland (will happen) and for Poland to become a vassal of Empire of Hispania. What's the best way to let that happen?

I think if the grandson takes that county and if I declare a de jure war on him and win it will only give me the county or will it give me Poland?

You're an Emperor right? Give the heir of Poland any Kingdom titles (titular kingdom like Nubia / Cyprus will do) and when he inherits Poland he'll remain your vassal. Problem is that now you have an overpowered vassal, so it's important that you either strip him off his titles completely (huge opinion malus), kill him until you inherit, or kill your heirs until he becomes your heir (Kinslayer?).
