1. Let's say that three monarchs are dormant but first in 1430-1452, second in 1430-1440, third in 1440-1492. Through events they are awaken and slept two maybe three times.
Events decided that the first monarch is ruling up to the death in 1452. Do I need wakemonarch command for the third of them or he will step to the throne as a default? There is no other choices for engine after 1452, only this monarch.

2. It was checked that active leader cannot be slept (Gilles de Rais example) but what about monarch? Once awaken can be slept or not? Is it possible to awake monarch that was slept by another event earlier?

The important thing to remember here is that deathdates are only checked at the start of a scenario. If you have an active monarch named Henry starting in 1430, an inactive monarch named Louis starting in 1430, an inactive monarch named George starting in 1440, and the next active monarch (named Richard) starts in 1492, then Henry will rule from 1430 to 1492. If George is awakened, then Henry will rule from 1430 to 1440.

I don't think sleeping the current monarch as any immediate effect, but waking another monarch whose reign starts after the current one's should put him on the throne, and the monarch command will immediately change monarchs. The preferred method is to use both:
1. command = { type = monarch which = XXXX } for the new monarch.
2. command = { type = sleepmonarch which = YYYY } for the current one.
Is it possible to awake monarch that was slept by another event earlier?
EDIT: I guess not.

There (or, rather, here) you can find this thread, explaining that you cannot awake and sleep monarchs several times. Once slept they are gone.
