From what I can understand the (does stack) negative bonus (-50) that you get with other electors when you vassalize one
I thought was to create better balance.
I just realized today that in war talks if you let your ally occupy the elector you can actually make the elector your allys vassal, and thus if done well it can remove a vote from someone else with no bad effect to yourself.
