Any one finds it really annoying to a point that you smash key board when a count/duke from another kingdom finally declare independence and so you declare on them and crush them only to have them surrender back to their original liege one you are almost done with capturing them land. Making my Duklja impossible to go beyond three land......

Well think about it from the other side? Do you do know annoying it is when a county declares independence from you, and some vulture AI jumps in to grab it and you can't do anything to stop it except make white peace and avoid punishing the offending count?

I think this is actually more annoying -- and less realistic. There's no way some foreign power could intervene in a civil war and the host country not be empowered to legally fight back. I'd rather you not be able at all to declare war at all on a vassal in an independence war until its done and they win.

In a War of Independence, you can still imprison and revoke the secessionist after a white peace without tyranny. It just involves a risk of him seceding all over again.

If you want to be sure to defeat them you'll have to wait until they've become independent first. One reason this was implemented is this: imagine one of your vassals trying to break free, a lot of strong AI nations attack him, you defeat him and suddenly "inherits" a lot of wars with your neighbors.
