Annoying sound at 1st Mars 1627

At date I get a really high annoying sound in the game, tried play from older saves but it always comes and never quits. I have over 37000 ducats and are allpowerful, but I would really continue to take on the rest of the world.
Is this some bizarre bug or feature ???
I have the 1.07b patch by the way...

Just a guess, something is wrong with your savegame. Try to play on from an earlier one of the same game?

If you read the post it says that I tried playing from older saves, but it always comes march 1627. No matter what...

Can anyone at Paradox help me with this ? I think it´s one of the evensounds played over and over really fast.
