Annoying Internal Title Names

How can I find out the names of certain counties that have been changed either because of a different start date or culture? Places like Novgorod Seversky aren't named that in the console, so I can't target them to transfer titles. Is there a console command to show the true name like EU4's debug_mode or would I have to look in the game files themselves?

I don't know about the console, but you can look up the county ID's on the wiki: http://www.ckiiwiki.com/Provinces
