THought I'd pop in and annoy OH and Xie a bit.
Took a look at Ireland (surprise, surprise), and have a few comments...
First off, ideally I'd have liked to have seen all 32 counties implemented, but know the in game limitations all too well.
Now as for suggestions/comments...
On provinces:
1. Split Belfast in two, with a Northern and Southern portion. The North would remian Belfast (Antrim), the South would be Newry (Down). A bit of the slightly misnamed Armagh could be peeled off and added to Newry.
2. Sligo should be split as well, making the NW coast Donegal. This would allow for a better economic model, better POP distribution, and allow for a historical 9 county Ulster to appear on map with more or less correct borders.
3. Armagh would be better named Tyrone, given the on map border. Londonderry should just be Derry, seeing as you're renaming Salisbury to Harare.

4. The Cork border should be extended East somewhat, as the current provincial border doesn't really include the city of Cork.

The line needs to be just East of the "notch" on the Southern coast.
5. The Western Wexford "bulge" into Waterford should be reduced. This would more than cover the "lost" territory to Cork.
