And real historical flags please (Germany in the first place)! And another suggestion, is it possible to have something so you can edit/make names yourself for your divisions? would be really nice for players who use a little roleplay.

Here's my credit card, charge whatever you think is fair. HoI2 DD Arma is, in my estimation, Paradox's very best game, so I'm on board with HoI3, no question.
I'd still love to see Vicky 2 (someday) but I can see where marketing probably thought HoI3 would sell better.

Historical flags of Nazi Germany would be a bad thing, since displaying the swastika is illegal in Deutschland. The German Imperial flag (or perhaps some sort of compromise involving the Nazi flag with a Maltese cross or something substituted for the swastika?) will have to do.

I think that's not an actual in-game screen - as the game just entered development... YET... although the number of provinces doesn't seem increased... the Germans seem to be holding PARTS of provinces!
Any ideas?

You are mistaking Regions (seperated by black lines) for the much smaller Provinces (seperated by faded grey lines). In that shot, the Germans have conquered one Province within a Region controlled by the French.Nemsys said:

I noticed during the demo it appears that you've re-implemented the system Vicky uses. The Region subdivides into provinces. Does this system allow more managable arrays leading to more provinces?
