Ike's DRA flag is good. I think that that the best choice will be either Hax's english flag with the thunder in the middle or the second flag Ike's posted.

Cuba I think, China is undergoing a process for a more capitalistic market from what I remember, so I won't be surprised to see them go Democratic in a few dozen years.
