Isn't Wales flag? Also, I preffer the england flag without any symbol from Wales... They're england, damn. And I guess they don't have a place in Union's Jack. I posted one flag for england a long time ago. It will be lead by a power hungry dude, lord Stoneface (or whatever his name is), so I posted this one.

I think this would represent quite well the England- Wales union. It's simple, historic, and has elements from both flags.
