Annexing last daimyo in Japan.

So I rule Japan almost entirly. But fuji is left as only daimyo ,holding back my Japanformation. I cant vassalise them ,even though i have a high admin adult ruler and have 200+ opinion . And fuji has an adult ruler as well. Due to the annoying shoguninfluence (my influence ...) i cant DoW. What can I do to clean em up?

I had an alliance with them and RM but since my last ruler ,also high admin guy , died the RM got cancelled. Now everything is just in the negotiating chart 'impossible' .


EDIT : how can i get colonists as Japan ?

You could just spam insults until the relations are low enough for the shogun influence to dip below the requirements to DOW fujiwara. I'm not really an expert in the asian countries. Regarding your other question, however, you can get colonists from coastal COTs, a national idea (can't remember the name.. but its there!), or, failing both of those, daimyos get a rare event to convert to christianity IIRC.

You can get colonists from having a coastal Center of Trade and the 'Colonial Ventures' national idea.

Thx guys , the shogun claim with high infamy penalties just doesnt feel right. There should be better ways of declaring war ,not being able to declare war because of shogun influence whilst you are the shogun ...
