Have the requirements for annexing a capital province (no land or sea connection to other owned provinces) changes at all in EU4? I had a mission to take my rival's capital. The mission gave me a claim so I went to war, 100% occupied them and yet I cannot demand the capital (which is connected to the rest of their country by land)
If not, please don't give missions to take capitals. If so, what am I missing here?
