It's not on province basis, but on war cost basis

So if you have a nation with, lets say 50 2% provinces, you could annex it, but a nation with 3 50% provinces, you can't

At least that's how I understood the system

Each province has a special "price" signyfying how much it is worth in a deal. Depending of what CB you use that decides how big a country you can annex. If they have more than five provinces they can't be annexed unless they are tribal. A province with a cot is often worth between 40%-70% warscore, sometimes more.

kaeim, what verson of the game are you on? Later expansions only limit the amount of provences you can annex by the warscore, older versions limit it by number of provences. I can't remember as it's been a while since I played the older versions, but I think there is a way to chanhe the limit in one of the files. anyone remember this?

I'm not on Divine Wind, I'm on Heir to the Throne. That probably makes sense, because I know that other people have been able to annex whole nations (more than 1 province nations anyway) on other games. However, through some mod I successfully was able to take more than 1 province nations (obviously with the higher infamy, but oh well). I really fancy applying all of this to my other Europa Universalis mods as well, because I find it makes for a better game in which you don't have to consistantly attack over and over and over...

If anyone does know how to change the limit in the files, please pm me or just post it on here.

Thanks!
