is it valid only for pu's? i have never experienced something like thisIt's because his provinces are occupied. PU integrations pause in that case for some reason (used to be only when their capital was occupied), and don't progress until every province is liberated from enemies and/or rebels. When you peace out Naples (or when you liberate Sicily), provided no other province is occupied, it'll continue.
I don't remember experiencing it with vassal annexations, but they too could be affected, maybe I just didn't notice it. But PUs are definitely affected by this behaviour.is it valid only for pu's? i have never experienced something like this
Wait, they changed the integration thing? Why such a nerf? It makes things more annoyingIt's because his provinces are occupied. i havent seen this before they probably changedWait, they changed the integration thing? Why such a nerf? It makes things more annoying
Well, it's a nerf, but also realistic. Since you and you'r junior partner dont controll their lands, how would you integrate it?Wait, they changed the integration thing? Why such a nerf? It makes things more annoying
I don't know when they've changed it exactly, but it was already present in 1.30 too, so maybe they did it with Emperor, or even before that.Wait, they changed the integration thing? Why such a nerf? It makes things more annoying
Not much to do about it regarding PUs, but this probably means it's an even better idea to scutage vassals prior to annexation. That way, their provinces can't be occupied except by rebels - which they may actually be able to handle on their own due to their army being at home.Wait, they changed the integration thing? You cant core when occupy, you colonist goes, your missionary stops, buildings pause, its only consistent with other game mechanicsWait, they changed the integration thing? Why such a nerf? It makes things more annoying
"Sire, we can't integrate our lesser union, there has been a peasant revolt in one of their provinces, causing the stalling of annexation unless we destroy the uprising."In my experience it is usually rebel occupations which prevent integration while at war and not enemy occupations
