So with the new anglican religion will the only way to become emperor be with the peace of Westphalia? Or will they count as protestant for the prprest ant league?

Probably fair to assume that it's the same as every other Christian denomination that isn't Catholic or Protestant. Not definitive, but a reasonable summation in the absence of any explicit statement of how it works.
Historicaly wouldnt Reformed be considered just as "Protestant" as Anglicanism? So im guessing no, you wont be able to become a Anglican Emperor if Protestantisam wins, especialy since that historicaly was never even close to hapening.
If Reformed is still excluded from the Leagues, then so will be Anglicanism. And even if Reformed becomes a part of it, Anglicanism still should be excluded due to the fact it is not really an proselytizing denomination, aka HRE states have little reason to care about religion that will/should not spread there.
