The Ethiopian government has long been a improving power in the region. As a country, with only the odd distraction, is stabilising quickly and is a African regional power. It is not odd then, that they have acted on the Zimbabwean crisis. The Cholera outbreak has confirmed over a hundred deaths. It is feared thousands have gone unconfirmed.
The Ethiopian army is arming up. It has announced the following:
"It is clear Robert Mugabe is in no position to hold his country. His breadbasket is no more, his country is no more then a state of anarchy. Therefore we have no choice, for the people of Zimbabwe to survive we must intervene. We are sending a force to install a democratic government, with full and proper elections to give hope to the people of Zimbabwe. We expect little or no resistance, the will of their people is already broken."
The force will take a small amount of time to mobilize. With no real resistance expected, the mission could be completed in a matter of days after setting off. Africa once again is starting a war, but the future after it will look bright for Zimbabwe, it is of course a shame conflict has to be the result to Mugabe.

Ah, no sadly. But Ethiopia hinted it and will probably back down in real life. In this world I have made... think of it as aggressiveness of all humans is +32%. Exactly 32%. This leads to little differences, that make big results.

And was there really a thing about Ethiopia speaking about intervention in Zimbabwe? I did read that Kenian prime minister talked about sending AU or UN troops in Zimbabwe, but I haven't noticed anything about Ethiopia.

A farmer in southern Lebanon has dug up what might be the heaviest potato in the world.
"This giant weighs 11.3 kilos (24.9 pounds)," Khalil Semhat told the AFP news agency at his farm near Tyre, 85 kilometres (50 miles) south of Beirut.
"I've been working the land since I was a boy, and it's the first time I've seen anything like it."
Mr Semhat, 56, said he had to ask for help from a friend to get the huge vegetable out of the ground.
He insisted that he had used no fertilizer or other chemicals to produce it.
Mr Semhat said he hoped his potato will be recognised as the heaviest potato in the world.
The current world record, as recorded in the Guinness Book of Records, is held by K Sloan of the Isle of Man in the United Kingdom for a potato weighing a mere 3.5 kg (7 lb 13 oz).
2008 is the International Year of the Potato, a project sponsored by the United Nations which aims to focus attention on the importance of the vegetable in providing food security and alleviating poverty.
