I’m going to hazard a guess and say we may get a couple more CCPs but I think that maybe it for full size DLC for this game. It’s already stretched the limits of the minimum requirements on PC and Console so a CSL:2 maybe a better use of the developer time as can use more up to date PCs for much higher requirements which in turn mean a much better simulation and possibly new game engine.
There’s so much I’d like to see in this game such as revamped emergency services system, more “lite versions” of currently available mods, cosmetic packs to add variety to the cities and many more but until we have confirmation from Devs to say “that’s all folks!” Or “More is coming!” I will just patiently wait and bode my time
