There is a viscous tumor infecting the heart of Africa. Despite repeated attempts to cleanse it, Carthage as a Republic still burns in the heart of the Mediterranean. Aye. it is said that the 3rd Punic War was partly launched in his memory. He passed away the same year that the 3rd Punic War was declared. It is said that his spirit watched over the siege from the heavens giving strength to the soldiers below. His laughter from another world fueled the intensity of Carthaginian tears till they flowed like a river, making anything above subsistence farming impossible on the land due to the high concentration of salt in the Earth.
