Greetings, i'm playing another run of Tyranny and want to choose the no-alliance path. There was the option to leave the alliance with the rebels directly before claiming the first spire, which would turn one of my party members against me (Ebb) and is tactically the tactically most unfortunate time imaginable (directly before the end fight instead of after). So i wonder, is it still possible to leave the rebel alliance after this ?

Edit: Ok i restarted the conquest of the first spire without Ebb in the party & it worked out. Would still be interested whether i would have been able to drop the rebel alliance later in theory...

AFAIK you can drop enter the anarchist path a couple of times, taking Sentinel Stand for yourself is one of them.

I normally start my playthrough as a Scarlet Chorus ally to get the Marrow Reaver axe, then break my alliance at Lethian's Crossing when all hell breaks loose. Not sure it's possible to break it after that point, but that itself is definitely after having claimed the first spire.

After you claim the first spire for yourself, it isn't possible to leave the anarchist path afaik.

Rebels, disfavored, and scarlet chorus, 90% of the time, will either attack you or not let you progress until you attack them. The other 10% of the time isn't related to the main story, and though you can gain very small amounts of favor with all parties, I don't think you can get past 1-2 favor, which is disappointing.
