How can I analyze the .dmp crash reports generated by stellaris on a crash? I am experimenting with modding things, and I have one problem where I can't find the crash reasons.

The game loads normally until the menu, and I can choose a starting empire and start the game with it. I can also do some stuff at the start of the game, but 1 to 5 minutes later the game always crashes. The time interval between starting the game and the crash is not regular. I have no idea what the problem is. Doing trial and error and checking every file to see which one causes the crash, would be a lot of work, as it would take up to five minutes for each file and also some of the files depend on contend from others, making it unable to load the game.

Is there a way I can open the .dmp files and would I be able to understand their content?

Your probably better off checking the exceptions.log file in your log folder. Every crash creates a log file in there and, sometimes, they can be understandable.
