Hessen is in an Allence with Brademburg and Saxany. It is alos the vassal of Hanover which is currently the largest German state.
I have some bad news. Eu2 started to give me critical error messages yesterday, so I called tech support. They told me to uninstall and put the game back in, but that meant losing my game files. I remade my Oman game easy enough and the Lords of Iberia one was easy to remake, but Gelre is being stupid. I can't seem to do it right. Is it fine with you people if I use some cheats to get the game to its rightfull place. Not like I'm going to cheat the whole game just to make sure wars go the right way and peace lasts as long as its supposed to.

It won't bother me as long as you stop there .
I understand nothing is more annoying that writting and AAR and having something happen to the save game. In My HoI one I forgot to save it at one point because I was so happy. But it was easy to fix.

I'm curious about your navy. "10 warships, 3 transports, and 8 galleys" I assume you received them as spoils of war (annexation). Seems a little large for what you need right now or do you have some amphibious attack planned?
And by all means do what you have to do to get the game back to where it was.

I made all that because of England and now that I have the land I wanted I don't have the heart to just disband it. Therefore they go on patrols all over the place giving rather useful information.
Makes sense with the Navy... by all means, use 'em since you've got 'em!

Well folks I'll be inactive for awile starting next week. I figure it will take a month or so to get my affairs totally settled. I will check in now and then but updates will be few. I have tried to play as minor countries but found I always went bankrupt and normally steamrolled by a major power. But good luck. I would go after the French before they get too big, but what do I know.
