Preface, I usually stay out of the war until Japan attacks me. Japan never did. The only war I have had so far was an early attack against me by Mexico(it was a special event made for me a long time ago that I still add in from time to time). The Soviets dow'd the Germans in 1940. This is the Cold War extension mod with SMEP. I built industry straight up until 1940, with only convoys, escorts, and rocket sites as exceptions.

So I am thinking about posting a game play aar from this point on. Is there any interest?

Basically the USA against everybody else. Did you see all the Axis members?

yeah. I take it Britain is in the axis, or neutral. Is total IC Takeover on?

No. IC take over is really a bad idea. Tech team takeover is on though.
The Allies are down to Canada and the Netherlands. Australia still exists, but is unallied. I may ally them.

Germany declared war on me 2 days later. I am giving the ai 30 days to get ready before I begin offensive operations. I did already garrison my islands, and sent a few divisions to the Philippines.

The opening days of the war saw Japan start to move into the Philippines, while the Axis powers started convoy raiding. My "Old Destroyer" fleet was completely destroyed by the Kreigsmarine. That fleet was only designed to fight subs, and kept around solely for autopromotion purposes. They will quickly be replaced. A fifth CTF was also ordered for Atlantic operations.

This battle sank all my old destroyers

My cruizerg fleet visits the KM, with good results.

I don't have DAIM yet I have not been able to make the three work together yet.
Barbarosa did not fire in this game. The Soviets dow'd Germany in 1940.

Neither have I and I think you may need to make changes since there is an issue with country codes since USSR dow'd during the french campaign no? Still looks like a great ahistorical USA game!

The IJN tries to raid convoys to Wake. Just so happens my subs were gathering there to prepare for missions against Jap convoys. Ooops

Land was still en route to Wake when he met some IJN transports.
