Look like RP have gotten a bigger focus than CK2 with experience trees tied to Lifestyle which is nice to see. Graphics look pretty nice, maybe a bit too dark if anything bad is to be said. Hopefully they have fixed the poor stuff about CK2 which could be a reason to make CK3.

This will get axed. They've said before they regret using multiple start dates.

I rather have a good start date than several poor ones.

I like how the map looks. (Same awesome basis as Imperator, I guess?)

I don't like how the UI looks in this screenshots at all. Has nothing of the charme that CKII UI has and looks very generic.

I just had an insight: I think sub-holdings (baronies and such) might get axed to reduce the amount of characters.

I wondered that myself when I looked at the screenshots. But if that's the plan what happens to religious leaders and family members outside of the heir, how are provinces distinguished from each other in terms of value and resources and what if anything replaces managing large numbers of vassals.

Interesting that on one screen shot you see your brother has a "lorship" title as opposed to Baron or Count. Change in nomenclature or gameplay mechanics I wonder.

So I rarely downvote videos on Youtube but this is one of those times. How many demands for Vicky-3 have there been? Instead we get a new version of a game that was only recently given a new expansion?

Yeah, not gonna pretend I'm happy with this.

At the very least you should go back to supporting Vicky 2 if we're not getting a proper new instalment.

Worst part is I was just going to get in to CK2, bought the game and was considering getting a ton of DLC for this current sale, now I find that the game is going to be made obsolete by a new instalment? Not great news.

they are a company they have to earn money and crusader kings is much more profitable than a hypothetical Victoria 3.

I am sure that it will eventually come.

Meanwhile, this game is going to be awesome.
