Anyone know what event number this is or the file where I can find it? This is the one that gives you a 1% research boost.

I think it depends on the nation you play, as that event has different ID's for different countries that exist, the id for that event as Soviets is 512003 whereas the id for that event with Germany is 507003. Just go to the game directory, then db then events_34 then Eventos_mod34, the files with 'aleator_xxx' will contain the event id for the major country you want it for, just open the one you want depending on the country tag and search 'Generación de superdotados'
