Sometimes the Ottomans end up conquering Constantinople but leaving Byzantium with Morea. I suggest adding an event if that happens, desribing how the ruler died in the siege of Constantinople (ruler dies), but the heir continues to reign in Morea (Byzantium turns into Morea).

Due to to loss of cores and government rank, there would be no reason for that decision to be made. In-game, the Conquest of Constantinople resulted in the release of Morea, rather than the demotion of the Byzantine Empire. Morea was a tributary of the Ottomans, not quite a vassal by the game's standards, but not quite fully independent either. There was no particular reason why the Despot of Morea couldn't claim imperial pretenses, other than as not of offend the Ottoman Sultan. If a rump Greek state survived in the Peloponnese, and it was semi-subject to the Ottomans, there is no reason why it would not claim continuity with the Byzantine Empire.

I don't think the 'heir' should reign in Morea, the event should say something about local Catalan/Norman mercenaries rising up to govern the area in the power vacuum or something like that.

I always thought it was a no-brainer this should happen, I mean if a human loses Constantinople it's game over anyway so it makes no difference to a human player. It always feels stupid have Byzantium drag on for another 10-30 years with one province in Achaea.

An event spawning a Catholic Morea would also give some more interesting early-game options for tags like Venice and Knights.

"This will be better as decision."

No, that's stupid and makes NO sense, either historically or from a gameplay perspective. Why did Paradox remove disagree from their forums? Too many people disagree with dev posts, or what? The new interface looks terrible as well

Umm, they didn't remove it. You just have to hover your mouse over the "Like" button for additional options, including the old "Agree", "Disagree" and "Helpful", to appear.

Have sense fot gameplay. In EU4 change of TAG is by decision. This way make this more controllable - player decide "do and when want change TAG".

By events we had in EU2 and early EU3 (eg. Persia). And this wasn't good therefore with mechanism of decision change of TAG go to decision.

I'm confused.

Typically a tag change will be changing all of your cores to cores of the new tag. I didn't gather that this would not be the case from anything in the op.
