Mexico: An Empire In Central AmericAAR
Now, as we all know, Mexico didn't play much of a part in World War 2.....
So, I have made it my mission to play as Mexico on VanillAAR HOI2
D 1936-1953 (with misc.txt modded to make partisan levels drop slowly over time) where I will be aiming to create a Mexican Empire In The region, without having the USA rape me across my northern border. Hopefully I can tame that fiery warmonger Roosevelt.
With........
Less Than 20IC
Bad Tech Teams
Bad Leaders
Bad Starting Tech
Poor Manpower Growth (although better than some)
This should be fun. Here we go...........
Here it is! Our beloved Mexico! ^.^
Oh, doesn't that just make you feel all warm inside? And what a lovely green colour too!
Now, down to business............
Seen as I have such little IC to start, and as I'm not planning on spreading freedom and love to central America juuuust yet, I've decided to go for IC increasing research .
Skill 4 Tech teams ftw
A start on the long road to dictatorship, I may be able to declare war on someone this time next century all being well.
Whoa! I moved the production sliders! Pretty riveting stuff this, I hope you're able to keep up with me.
Now my units have (crappy) leaders, and my two cavalry divisions begin their long trek to Mexico city......damn my lack of rear area dumps. Oh well, I'll give all the troops new sombreros and hope that they don't notice they have to walk hundreds of miles. Cos I'm nice like that.
Wow. A (half) division of fighters. Bye bye planes, i can use the scrap metal to produce more rifles and army rations and I can use the fuel to power the horses in my army........what? You mean you can't run horses on petrol? Oops, better switch to diesel then!
Hope you enjoyed this brief opening, I shall update as soon as possible (hopefully tomorrow or Thursday). And cross your fingers that it doesn't all end in tears.
And sorry for poor picture quality/small pictures. I wasn't sure what size to make the pictures, so I let Imageshack resize them. Next time I'll resize them myself and not be such a lazy dictator.
