I've read in the FAQ that "Leadership points are spent when you "educate" new leaders for your armies or navies. You gain LP from your Officer POPs."

Which means no Officer POPs => less LP => less leaders.

Thus my question : what are the "incitative" ways to make POPs move from one POP type to another ? Building factories for ex. ?

At this time Prussia was said to be "an Army with a State", which in Vic terms could mean overweighted Officers & Soldiers POPs all over the country. How can I get to such a situation in Victoria ?

Still NDA I guess... :(

How POP work is the biggest questions mark I have about Vicky. I'd love to know if or how the pops change classes? Can you move them with micromanagement or do you have to use an indirect approach? They seem to have a veriable number of poeple in them so is a larger pop more efficent that a smaller one? i.e. will a 100,000 Officer pop general more LPs than a 1,000 Officer pop.

Aghh so many questions and I still can't decide if I'd rather know the answers now or find them out as I play the game:wacko: :D
