An 1870 Scenario

I would like to create an 1870 scenario where Prussia starts out at war with France. After Prussia occupies Paris, an event will pop up stating that France is offering the game provinces of Metz, Mülhausen, and Strassburg along with War indemities. However, if France occupies Berlin, then Prussia is forced to pay war indemities and is humiliated. However, if Prussia wins, an event triggers in Spain which says that the German Prince Leopald of Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen and the German states unite forming the German Empire, not Germany. It's country code could be Gne or Der (Short for Deutsch Reich)

I have started researching Leaders and I will try to script some events.

Uh, you'd want to put the German Empire (as opposed to Germany) as one of the "U"s...ie U00, U01, U02, U03...you get the point. I'd do U10.

Right now I am working on creating files for the German Empire (as opposed to Germany). I would appreciate help for the Americas and Asia, and I think Europe didn't change much between 1861 and 1881 besides in the German states.

Well there were changes that made territory German (read: The Danish-Prussian war in 1864)

I am not quite sure of what I am doing, so I am abandoning this project for now. However, please feel free to work on it if you'd like.
