I'll start working on a perm seat for Russia but I cant guarantee anything yet...I know more Europeans than Americans but lets see... HG wont do it, since he was Russia last time, so we have KJ, Tem and *** as first thoughts. Maybe Camisa too...

Well, I think that a responsible newbie might be better than the AI. However, the AI has been doing relatively well for Russia so far, at least as far as focusing on Pibe's strategy of pure Land Tech. Not so good with the trading part though.
My only concern would be to throw a new player into Russia without any preparation. They'd need to know the rules, the current diplomatic situation, and ideally they'd load up the save and look at their nation before Tuesday night. Not a whole lot of time left to do that.

-Pros:
Russia is strong, so a newbie could be relatively safe ruling it.
-Cons:
Russia is strong, so a very important player (maybe *the* most important player) in Europe's politics. An experienced player could be good there (It could be a shame that the monster that Pibe build could be forgotten).
BTW, what about Tem? or KJ? or Nab? (at least to sub for now until we get a perm. They know the game, had subbed some sessions, so it could not be that bad)
