France do not have any problems with England recovering position in our COTs. But since that will mean that we are going to lose monopolies, we will only ask for the following: That when England try to recover position in French COTs, that they are to be targetted at once and with full energy. England compreend and accept French demands. We will however, first, priorize English COTs and then Asian ones (which include Malacca). When this goals are achieved we will focus in European COTs.

It's regretable that Austria now *has* to beg for a friendship in Buckingham Palace. We will order our envoys to present the documents that our Archduke and Emperor has been preparing for England but now we believe that the possibilities of rebuilding this ancient alliance are somewhat reduced. Let me please critizice some falacies westerns usually use against my people.

Russia made a stable alliance with Sweden when Sweden was being threatened by England, my intentions made the english regent to be mad at me of course, so she started to defend polish cause. fair enough, well, in fact it pleased me because i thought this would save me of some annoying wars to fight (notice they always stated they just wanted a stable frontier between Russia and Poland, once Russia followed that, westerns started to be worried, because they thought I'd act silly, giving free excuses to bring war in Europe, hehe that's why they always use my lack of communication as an excuse). Russia was able to hypertech, but England showed itself impatient, she clearly wanted a Cot, not any Cot, but the swedish Cot, i don't see this reasonable, Sweden is poor, Sweden hasn't got a naval presence at all. This might have encouraged England to fight Sweden instead of France or another power? i think this is quite obvious (to me at least). Considering the letters England sent to Russia some time ago expressing "somekind of coperation" (terms: if I left Sweden, I'd fight Poland and Austria alone) I'd say Russia is the only honorable one around the european neighbourhood, i rejected such proposition of course.

I don't know who's breaking the western alliance and it doens't matter to me, what it annoys me is that England attacked Sweden with no excuses at all one more time.

Russia is not pleased with the warmongering attitude Poland, Austria and England are showing these years. I clearly stated my disconformity towards polish betrayal but i never said anything about offensive wars, Well, i saw this comming long time ago, I'm accostumed of being ganged (indirectly ), so i express my gratitude to France for taking such wise decision to interfere in this war defending Sweden (doesn't matter you called me "annoyed russian" to get close to your neighbours, i know it's a strategy ). Russia is now scared of what Germany is able to do, so I'll have to look for more supports around Europe, so I'll study the posibility to add more countries to support my cause (defending Sweden), in direct coperation or indirectly.

It's really unfortunate westerns insist it's good to weaken Sweden, good joke i may say. Russia isn't using Sweden to provoke wars at all, but i can't say the same about westerns. They're including Sweden as a part of Russia, that's a lie, Sweden's quite independent, it just fought a war with England, what's wrong with that? what is sad is that England took it personal and spreads falacies to justify its rights on foreign cots (what's next? moscow, oe's cots? italian, spanish cots?), then using Austria in the process. Poland? well, traitors, scum, allied Austria to fight Spain after they peaced out a war Russia fought in its side. no comment.

With the Dynastic switch in Poland, it was completly entitled to change its' diplomatic alignement as it saw fit.

Recent negotiations in Moscow attempting to arrange a peaceful status of the Brandenburg-Russian border have collapsed. Reports indicate that German diplomats were simply trying to assuage Russian fears of Imperial aggression. Hereby we announce that given our reduced trade efficiency and the importance of securing the entire trade in Bohemia, that the countries that are willing to commerce in that Center of Trade to use the less aggressive policy of the empty slot, only be allowed to use that method if Austria is still owning the Monopoly, if not and there's an empty slot, you should wait until the Empire owns it again. If this policy is broken by taking out one of the Austrian Merchants, a first warning will be followed by a solicitation of retribution and after that, by an Embargo.
