While parroozing the internet during my state's mandatory quarantine, I came across certain assets within the steam workshop. Do you know how in small American towns (in particular on the south/east coast/midwest) there are small row stores, victorian houses, farm houses, clocktowers, historical churches, and grandiose town halls and courthouses? What if there was a content creator pack dedicated to those types of buildings. The "American Towns" CCP would apply to commercial, residential and unique buildings. When applied to commercial buildings, row stores consisting of antique stores, pharmacies, boutiques, microbreweries, coffee shops and small restaurants would pop up looking as if they are connected to one another. When applied to residential zoning, the houses will transform into vistorian-era houses, small farm houses, small split-level homes, ranch homes, brick cottages, and eventually upgrade until they are fully grown southern-style plantations. Some of the unique buildings added could include a few churches (smaller than the already existing Cathedral), small town courthouses and town halls, and a large strip mall. Feel free to leave suggestions or improvements in the comments!

The problem is America is huge. The places you find two story homes with a basement are not usually the same places you find sprawling single story ranch houses. Southern "plantation" homes are called that for a reason; they are almost never found outside their specific geographic region. Hell, even cities that have similar climates, but are on opposite sides of the continent wind up with very different looking architecture.

The reason for this diversity is the range of climates our nation covers; from the arctic circle clear down to the tropics. All those regions require different building styles to efficiently and effectively deal with their climate, and mixing them all in like you suggest will wind up just looking plain weird. If you really wanted something like this you will need to break them down into their specific climactic zones; "Southern Americal", "North-Eastern America", "Southwestern America", "Alaskan Frontier America", "Hawaiian America" etc. There are probably a dozen others I could add. The U.S. is mindbogglingly divers, and trying to cram it al into one theme will not do any of it the justice it deserves.

Released alongside better controls for using CCPs. Change the dropdown menu for selecting building types in the district menu to a checkbox selection where I could enable or disable multiple. Also, make all CCPs toggleable in this way. With these changes, I'd buy the most recent three packs, as well as whatever they're bringing on in the future.
