Looking at the American territory, I can see that the CSA nor California has claims on Denver and the two provinces east to it. Maybe CSA should have claims on them along with the new U07?(American.state). No need for new Colerado nation so fare.

So u07 should have les main cores and more extra cores/claims.

I assume players would prefer that CSA keep the current capital to Richmond.

Doing such a change to CSA instead might make sense if U07 is supposed to use DC as its capital.

U07 uses New Ark as capital for the moment so I think U07 could have lese minimums cores and more extracores.

I have added one more claim for CSA and 3 more for u07. It think its a good idea that those eastcoast nations goes a bit longer west since neither texas or California have claims on them.

Never saw "American State" as an option. Do you have to conquer USA as UK to see it? Is it new to 1.11, and after you liberate Texas and/or CA you get that choice? I've only seen USA or CSA or CA or TX as choices.

Its something I work on and it didnt get into the 1.11, you only need a certain parts of the north east usa to set it up.
All nation that managed to invade the USA can set up this nation. It has no claims on Canada, California and Texas.
Its territorial claims would somewhat goes in conflict with CSA, but I will make a few more “extras” so both can be setup.
U07 has uniq tech teams, leaders and infantry models. Its will need more amry, navy leaders and tech teams for the future.

1.11 patch got one more american nation by the way Puerto Rico.

In the past I've liberated CSA and CA and given them some "Red State"/barren provinces, and kept the Northeast through to Minneapolis, industrial belt/rich IC areas for Germany. In my current 1.11 game, I liberated the USA, remembering to take MC before its IC topped mine!

I will move CSAs capital to Alabama/Mobile it seems that it was CSAs first capital.
Might be best since it rivals u07 to the north. CSA will keep the claims, but will not need them for liberation.

Would you focus on CSA or the u07? Modder’s could make a few events for a civil war.

Which nation is U07? EDIT: Oh, just read OP. American State. Does that mean it can cover the entire USA?

We could perhapes consider and event that gives it claims on csa(no.twx.cal) it is no longer a pupet and USA no longer exist.

Whenever you invade usa you can liberate both CSA and U07("American State").
It would differ in the way if you liberate u07 first and CSA second, u07 would be the stronger part. If you liberate CSA first it would be stronger than u07, but it might need the eastern provinces of Texas.
