so, as part of the unity rework, all amenities jobs outside of entertainers (and also clerks and servants, but most empires don't use servants, and clerks are, well, clerks) were heavily nerfed. I get that unity is much more important now, and will likely grow more important, but it still seems a bit harsh, esp. for priests. have the Devs shed light on why these jobs were nerfed?

The gestalt amenities jobs in particular seems lacking. In multiplayer, the optimal strategy is to run most of your planets on negative amenities, up to -10, with rarely more than 2-3 pops working maintanance jobs, to put pops into resource extraction jobs instead.
