Not with proper use of Proxies servers and some form of payment that appears to come from US. Probably something like Paypal.

International zoning/region laws are stupid and are the main reason piracy exist. People want the products and it's not available in their region so they get it any means they can. I point to Prohibition as the text book case of this, you know cause that worked out so well.
