the japanese mistakes in ww2:
-japanese cruiser mikuma sank 4 friendly transports by friendly fire in Dec1941 LOL
-during the Makin raid the Japanese lost 350 men to the 40 US marines dead. LOL
-the first "ship" taht was sunk in the PH attack was... a japanese midget submarine LOL
-the ONLY japanese submarine that EVER sank a US submarine was I-176 that sank USS Corvina( a US submarine). whereas the US submarines sank a great deal of the japanese submarines LOL
-the japanese submarine I-169 failed to secure one of its torpedo doors during the US raid on turk (just a technical problem, can happen to any1)
-the US rangers lost only 2 men while liberating a POW camp in the Philippines
while killing about 500 japanese, (just watch the movie "the great raid") LOL a 2:500 kill ratio
-the only amphibious assault that ever failed in ww2 was the 1st japanese attempt to conquer Wake Island. they lost 2 destoyers, 800 men, thile the US lost 100 men. 1:8 kill ratio LOL
-the japanese lost 130 subs in the pacific, the US lost 52. LOL
-the motto of the japanese kamikazis was "1 plane 1 ship. however out of 1228 kamikazis only 34 US ships were sunk to the kamikazis LOL
--------------------------------
now u see how lucky the americans were
--------------------------------
now come the reasons why the japanese lost the war in 1942, when in fact they were stronger than thr allies, concerning the naval power ofcourse
-the japanese failed to grasp the importance of submarines as an effective convoy-raidng weapon
-the japaense didnt develop any effective anti-submarine techniques, and paid dearly for that
-the japanese lost 3 of their carriers at midway in 5 minutes, while refueling LOL, luck
-japanese didnt develop an effective anti-aircraft defense. B-29s lost only 1% of their crews in the whole war, mostly due to the technical difficulties. LOL
-japanese werent smart enough to sabotage their only bulldozer at their half- finished airfield in guadalcanal be4 retreating. this bulldozer was effectivelly used by the ameircans to repair Henderson airfield , after it got blasted away by the jap BBs every time. LOL
-japanese didnt have radars in their navy untill late 1944 LOL
-right after winning the battle of the Savo Sea, admiral Mikawa could have destroyed practically all of the unprotected US transports off Guadalcanal, hence destroying the american invasion of Guadalcanal. LOL luck again + plus japanese stupidity
-overall the japanese tactics of "banzai charge" actually helped the americans. its better to blast off at the japs who are atacking with swords and bolt action rifles(which suck) instead of digging them out of their holes using dynamite
-japanese were using ww2 weapons. they have never developed an anti-tank weapon, and have never repulsed a US invasion
-at the Midway Battle, one of the japanese scout planes actually flew over the US CV fleet, but somehow didnt see it. whereas the americans were expecting a jap air attack in the next few hours LOL stupid japs + luck again
-next at the battle of eastern solomons, a japanese carrier Ryujo was sunk while refueling its planes in sept 1942 i think LOL
-the Japanese could have finished off the last (active) US carrier in the Pacific at that time-Enterprise. it was weakened by the 1st jap airstrike, when the 2nd strike was launched to finish it off the attacking planes got lost and changed the course too fast. enterprise was repaired in a couple of weeks LOL
-the japanese werent smart enough to develop the more effective aircraft in the war, as a result the kill ratio was 1:11 in the US favor of course.(from 1943 and on) LOL
-and finally up untill the end of the war the japanese were convinced that their naval and army codes couldnt be broken LOL
as u can all see the numerical superiority of the americans wasnt such a decisive factor. the japanese couldnt fight with their ships, with their infantry, and with their planes
