Started a non-ironman game as Brandenburg. The year is currently 1515, I've become Prussia, I have a personal union with Bohemia and an alliance with Saxony. All three of us are electors and all three are Protestant, yet no Protestant League. I was the first nation in the world to become protestant, I even converted while Emperor, but no Leagues. I was under the impression that as soon as a single elector converted the leagues started. What gives?
Am I missing something about Religious Leagues?

You are under the wrong impression unfortunately 
You get the event to join a league at a later date. I want to say it around 1590~? It is after the reformation btw.

It's an event that can fire any time after 1550 if the conditions are met, and grows much more likely after 1575 and 1600. Just be patient and it'll come.
