They annoy me greatly when I have a deathstack conquering region after region, and as the time doesn't stop when they pop up, I often end up losing efficiency with time.
Am I able to disable the battle outcome windows?

There's symbol on that window that brings up the Message Settings box (also accessible through the in-game pause menu); you can enable the option to pause the game for every such window there.
