Alternative way of pre ordering Holy Fury

I have a Maestro Debit Card with about 70$ currently on it. The problem is that neither does Steam or the Paradox Store accept that card. Is there a way I can can use those funds without using another card? I've been thinking about PayPal but I have no experience with them. I don't think there is another way. This card is the first card I got from my parents and I have no other cards which sucks because Holy Fury looks astonishing .

Can't respond regard cards being accepted or not (best wait for @TinyWiking for that)... but Paypal is really nice... that's how i started before discovered pre-paid credit card.

There is no other store for that pre-order. Paypal will work but I believe takes a few days to set up.

Perhaps you can get a friend or relative to buy it on your behalf?
