What kind of variation will we see with alternate leaders? Obviously, there'll be differing ones for each ideology, but could we see multiple per nation's ideology? For example, there's three likely leaders for Legionary Romania (Horia Sima, Ion Antonescu, and Corneliu Codreanu), so which would be the head of state? I suppose Antonescu could be the leader of the Non-Aligned ideology, but still, there's room for massive variation.
