I have a situation: I am Moravia. I have ally Saxony. Anhalt attacked my ally Saxony, and Saxony call me to defenders war. Problem is that my second ally is Bavaria and Bavaria is also ally with Anhalt. So if i join Saxony in defensive war, will it destroy my alliance with Bavaria?

They'll go back to you although they MIGHT have an exile flag which means you'll have to send them to one of your provinces first rather than just using it against them immediately.

If Bavaria are in that war on the other side then you joining the war will break your alliance with them. If they are not actually in the war but just allied to another participant, then it won't break (unless they join the war subsequently).

The trick here is never to ally your allies rivals, its as simple as that. Been around that boat a few times myself..
Ally Austria and France. France is allied to Russia who both hates Austria, then Russia declares on HRE and drags France with them, so who do I join, Russia or Austria? Yeah, those are fun times. But my answer is, if you are expanding in HRE I side with Austria, like if im in Italy. Most of the times you can re-ally France after the war.

This is why you always want to set your attitude to friendly towards your allies' allies.
