It seems odd that I can't tell my Operatives to focus on finding out about my target's diplomatic ties, or fleet strength... I just have to kind of randomly hope for the best.

I appreciate you can do this via Assets, but honestly I usually find that if I have enough Infiltration that I have Assets of the appropriate type, I usually have enough passive Intel to know everything I want to know anyway.

Those who don't own Nemisis can't aquire assets and thus don't have a means with which to determine what intel we get, it would be advantageous if those without the DLC can pick that category so as to not gain useless knowledge
