I don't really see why not. Parliaments are there to be a representatives of a country, which obviously includes plutocrats. Each idea in the plutocratic idea group, such as a bill of rights, land and trade reform, the abolishment of serfdom and emancipation, are all things that have a ton of history within parliamentary systems. I mean, there's a reason why the magna carta is considered so incredibly important, as well as the english bill or fights. They laid the foundation for modern liberal constituional monarchies.

The only criticism I can really see of this suggestion is that it would look somewhat strange on the idea groups screen lol
