Right now there's no message settings for when you get called to arms by an ally. Considering that this is one of the most important diplomatic actions in the game, I feel there should be an option to autopause the game when you're called to arms. Especially when there's so many other minor settings; it feels ridiculous that I can set it to pause the game when any nation gets religious civil disorder, or when any nation stops improving relations with any other nation, but I can't set it to pause when I'm called to arms.

And yes, there currently is no setting to do this. This was brought up in a recent reddit thread (https://www.reddit.com/r/eu4/comments/3lo8wf/the_game_doesnt_pause_when_an_ally_calls_you_to/) and many people seemed to think that this was currently a possible setting, but it is not. There's a setting for someone declaring war in general, and for being called to war as a cobelligerent, but not one for being called to arms in general.
